We are fortunate to be independent.  We are fortunate to be free.  We are fotunate to be safe.  None of this has come for free…many have paid the ultimate price in sacrifice for this.  We should remember this as we enjoy this special American holiday.   What better way to kick it off than with the most famous of all Indepndence Day songs…”Stars and Stripes Forever,” performed by the Boston Pop’s on the Esplanade.
