Thanks for the comment Ted. You are never too old for a Hess Truck. We have a number of the old classics that still work too. Amazing to see the detail on the new trucks and the fact that they all come with lights and all. Tis the season!

I was cleaning out my parent's attic last year, and came across my old Hess truck. It was a tanker truck, and the lights still worked! My son's too old for it now, but I put it aside to hopefully give it to my grand kid someday. Not sure I ever bought gas at a Hess station, but I can't drive by one without thinking of Christmas.

Thanks Dan P. for the comment. This is a great tradition. I remember years back there were no stations in the Boston area. Hess was big in NY/NJ...still is. Hess has really expanded now up in the Boston area. It has allowed them to expand this very cool tradition as well.

I remember looking forward to the Hess trucks each year growing up. There weren't any Hess stations in the Plymouth, MA area where I grew up till recently so it was always a treat I would get from my grandmother who lived in NJ. Glad to see the tradition is still going in many families.
