Geek.Com Goes Social
Geek.Com, a cool news and community technology website has completed a redesign that makes it easier for geeks to read, share, and discuss its popular content about tech news and products. The technology and gadget space is crowded with some stiff competition. Geek.Com has always stood out for its concise reporting, to-the-point explanations, and insightful product reviews. This allowed Geek.Com to be recognized as a Fast Company Top Ten Gadget Site last year.
Improving the layout to enable more conversation and social interaction will only help expand audience and engagement which is key in this social media world. For this reason with the redesign Geek.Com articles have been enhanced with cool new tools for commenting, uploading media, discussion, and comparison shopping. All recent forum posts, article comments, and popular articles are now presented in a tabbed widget that appears on all pages throughout Geek.com. The redesigned site also makes it easy to follow Geek.com activity on social media outlets, with prominent links to Geek’s pages on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.
Geek.com has always been a really cool site but with these updates and the underlying changes to the platform that the team has worked on over the last two years, Geek.com is taking it to the next level.
