Apple Approaching 1 Billion Apps Sold

Check out the counter on Apple.com that is keeping running total of the number of applications downloaded from the Apple App Store. Wow.
Pandora Internet Radio, a “cool site” I posted about yesterday is on the Top 20 App list. I am telling you Pandora is great on the PC…but very cool for the iPhone.
Not surprising to me as we see the number of applications offered ramping, sale of iPhones escalating and the lack of a really strong competitor yet.
