Geek.Com is blogging about hybrid solar chargers for your gadgets. This Portable Hybrid Solar Charger helps keeps gadgets charged by two methods, hence the “Hybrid” name. You can either use the power of the sun to charge the internal lithium-ion battery or you can use a USB port to power the unit up. Length of time to charge the internal battery depends on the method used: 4 hours using the USB method or 8 to 10 hours of direct sunlight. Very cool.
