Barror Bolts Boston For Broadway
Sean Barror has left the Boston Celtics to go to New York. Today Barror reported for work on 7th Avenue in New York in the position of Senior Vice President of sales for Madison Square Garden Sports.
Barror will have a major role in corporate partnerships for Masion Square Garden, the naming rights of the new Madison Square Garden, control of marketing for Radio City Music Hall, and marketing responsibility for the New York Knicks, New York Rangers and the New York Liberty of the WNBA. Sean will report to Scott O’Neill, President of MSG Sports, a holding company that manages all the sports there.
Sean is a talented guy who has succeeded at each of his roles in his career. Though hard to leave his hometown team the Boston Celtics, Sean’s ultimate goal is to run a pro sports team. This new job will surely be a platform for growth and exposure to help him toward his ultimate goal. Sean truly has made it to Broadway with this move. Congrats Sean.
