Apple’s iPhone outsells BlackBerry

Apple’s iPhone outsold rival Research In Motion Ltd.\’s Blackberry in the latest quarter, according to U.K.-based technology analysis firm Canalys. The iPhone improved to the number two spot behind Nokia and leapfrogged the Blackberry and Motorola. I have shared my view here on JeffBennett.Org in several blog posts that the iPhone with the enhanced Exchange integration and applications is a real great device for business people now. It will be telling to see what happens in Q4 when RIM brings out new versions of the Blackberry. For a product that was only introduced in July 2007 though this is a remarkable accomplishment for Apple and the iPhone.
